超临界CO2萃取蚕蛹油工艺研究
Supercritical CO2 Extraction Technology for Silkworm Cocoon Oil
【摘要】 使用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从蚕蛹中提取蚕蛹油,探讨了颗粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间4个单因素对出油率的影响,结合正交试验进行优化,确定了超临界CO2萃取蚕蛹油的最佳工艺。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取蚕蛹油的最佳工艺为颗粒度60目,萃取压力33 MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间65 min,此条件下出油率为28.6%。
【Abstract】 Supercritical CO2 extraction technology was used for extracting silkworm cocoon oil.Based on analyzing influences of particle size,extracting pressure,extracting temperature and extracting time on oil yielding rate,an orthogonal experimental design was employed to optimize the extraction conditions in order to find the optimum conditions for extracting silkworm cocoon oil with supercritical CO2 extraction technology.The results showed that the optimum conditions were confirmed as follows: particle size,extracting pressure,extracting temperature and extracting time were 60 meshes,33 MPa,40 ℃ and 65 min,respectively.The silkworm cocoon oil yielding rate reached 28.6% under the optimum conditions.
