种子休眠与杂交稻穗发芽现象研究进展
Research Progress of Seed Dormancy and Pre-harvest Sprouting of Hybrid Rice
【摘要】 综述了种子休眠的内外影响因素,水稻种子穗发芽现象的机理及其调控途径。目前广泛采用的多种控制穗发芽技术,如多效唑、外源ABA、穗萌抑制剂等化学调控方法均存在一定缺陷,可通过系统选育穗发芽率低的亲本,采用合理的栽培管理技术,减少"九二0"用量等途径解决杂交水稻制种穗萌芽问题。
【Abstract】 The internal and the external influencing factors for seed dormancy and the mechanism of pre-harvest sprouting(PHS) of rice seeds and its control method were reviewed.The commonly used chemical control methods for PHS at present,such as paclobutrazol,ABA and sprout inhibitors,all have some disadvantages.Therefore,to solve the PHS problem during hybrid rice seed production,it can adopt measures that selecting parents with low PHS rate,using scientific cultivation and management techniques,and reducing amount of 920.
