【摘要】 随着新农村建设步伐的加快,推进城乡一体化协调发展已成为国家和省市县的一项重要战略性举措,中心村的规划建设是这一战略的重要环节。如何解决中心村的人口集聚、土地集约、公共和基础设施共建共享等问题,是当前村镇规划建设乃至城市规划建设的一个重要研究课题。岭岙移民新村是浙江省玉环县在当前背景下比较成功的中心村规划建设实践,以岭岙移民新村规划建设为例,在对其展开可行性研究的基础上重点分析了岭岙移民新村未来建设中存在的问题并提供了参考性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the speeding up of the new rural construction,to promote the integrated and coordinated development of urban and rural areas becomes an important strategic measure for the state,province,city and county,and construction planning of central village becomes a crucial part of the strategy.How to solve the problems of population agglomeration,land consolidation and construction and sharing of public infrastructure is being an important research subject for construction planning of village or even city.Lingao migration village,which located in Zhejiang province,is relatively successful evidence in the context of the current situation.Therefore,the construction planning for Lingao migration village was taken as example to analyze the problems exists in the future construction of the Lingao migration village based on feasibility study on Lingao migration village,and then some corresponding suggestions were provided.更多还原
