不同条件对木霉生长和纤维素酶酶活的影响
Influences of Different Conditions on Growth of Trichoderma viride and Enzyme Activity of Cellulase
【摘要】 对绿色木霉培养在不同的pH值、温度、光照时间下的生长情况及不同条件下绿色木霉菌产酶的酶活力大小进行了测定。结果表明:绿色木霉最适条件为pH值6.0,温度30~40℃之间,光照时间少于6 h。在此条件下,产纤维素酶的酶活性较高,可达1.611 IU/g干曲。
【Abstract】 Trough treating Trichoderma viride under different conditions,such as different pH values,temperatures and illumination time,the growing situation of Trichoderma viride was observed,and the enzyme activity of Trichoderma viride under different conditions was determined.The results showed that the optimum conditions for Trichoderma viride were pH of 6.0,temperature between 30℃ ~40℃ and illuminating less than 6 h.With the optimum conditions,the enzyme activity of Trichoderma viride for producing cellulase was relatively high,which can reach 1.611 IU/g dry medium.
