高钾基因型烤烟新品系在不同生态区的适应性研究

【摘要】 以烤烟高钾新品系XNK02、XNK05、XNK07为材料,以K326为对照,对烤烟高钾新品系在不同生态区的适应性进行了研究。结果表明:与对照K326相比,农艺性状方面,3个新品系的茎粗都有显著的优势,除XNK05外,其余2个新品系的株高、叶面积、叶片数与对照没有明显差异;植物学特征方面,在烟株的生长前期均表现较强的生长势,XNK05成熟表现较好;抗病性方面,黑胫病发病率均高于对照,其中XNK02和XNK07感染严重;经济性状方面,产量产值均低于对照;烤后烟叶外观质量方面,均表现较好,组织结构疏松,油分有、有-稍有或稍有,均匀度较好,色度较浓,身份适中;化学成分方面,各项化学指标均能达到优质烟叶的指标,钾的增效性十分突出,还原糖占总糖的比例增加。

【Abstract】 New tobacco lines with potassium-enrichment genotype XNK02,XNK05 and XNK07 were taken as material and K326 was taken as control to study adaptability of new tobacco lines with potassium-enrichment genotype in different ecological zones.The results showed that in comparison with K326,three new lines had significant advantage in stem diameter,and plant height,leaf area and leaf number had no obvious differences except XNK05;they all showed strong growth potential in early growth period,but XNK05 showed relatively better mature characters;the incidence of black shank of the three new lines all were higher than control,in which XNK02 and XNK07 were serious;the yield and the output value were lower;the appearance quality of leaves after baked all showed good characteristics such as loosen structure of tissue,having,having ~slightly having or slightly having of oil,good evenness,heavy chroma and moderate thickness of leaves;each chemical index all can meet the requirements of quality tobacco leaves;the synergism of potassium was outstanding;the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar increased.
