【Abstract】 Based on the data from more than 95 countries and regions between 1994 and 2008,the paper investigates systematically the effect of the level of social trust on corruption from the point of social culture.By using multiple linear regression model,we find that the social trust can greatly mitigate the extent of corruption in OECD countries,while for transition economies and other countries this effect is not any more significant.更多还原
