【摘要】 以可行能力低下作为确定贫困人口的标准,利用满意程度评估方法对湖北省英山县4个村庄308份调查数据进行了实证分析。分析结果表明,受访者的年龄、有无信仰、是否了解扶贫开发政策、家庭收入是否受到农业扶贫开发政策的巨大影响以及扶贫开发政策对收入不平等的作用等因素对扶贫政策的满意度均有显著的正向的影响。基于此,提出政府应加大扶贫政策的宣传及执行力度,按照有利于贫困人口的导向积极推进扶贫开发政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper chooses the poor based on low capacities,and does empirical analysis on 308 survey data collected from four villages in Yingshan county,Hubei Province.Results show that satisfaction degree of the rural people on the policy is influenced positively by the factors,such as age,religion,whether learning about the policy and the income influenced much by the policy and the influenced degree of policy on income inequality.Based on the above analysis,we suggest that government should make efforts to increase publicity and implementation of pro-poor policies.更多还原
