【摘要】 随着电力工业的迅猛发展以及全球范围内节能减排新形势的推进,电网企业的社会责任发生了深刻的变化。本文首先对电网企业的主要特征及其社会责任内涵进行了深入分析,并概括性提出的了"在节能减排新形势下电网企业应当充分发挥电网优化能源配置功能,保障能源安全、经济、清洁、可靠供应"这一首要社会责任;其次分别从绿色文明理念建设、提高输电效率、节能发电调度、清洁能源和绿色产业发展以及引导社会节能服务等方面总结分析了目前电网企业落实社会责任所展开的有效方法和取得的显著成效;接着提出了节能减排新形势下电网企业积极履行其社会责任的有效管理途径和技术途径;最后指出了电网企业在落实社会责任过程中所面临的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of electric power industry and the vigorous promote of energy conservation and emission reduction worldwide,the power grid enterprise is transformed to the direction of "intelligent、 efficient、 reliable and green" for the progress of low-carbon economy and economy sustainable development.It also leads to the profound changes of social responsibility of power grid enterprise.This paper thoroughly analyses the main features and the connotations of social responsibility for power grid enterprise firstly.Then the effective ways and remarkable consequences of power grid enterprise for its implementations are summarized.Next,the management and technology approaches are proposed under the new situation of energy conservation and emission reduction.At the end of this paper,some problems are raised for the social responsibility implement of power grid enterprise.更多还原
