【摘要】 2013年6月19日,由福建、广东两省联合推荐、国家档案局申报的"侨批档案"成功入选《世界记忆名录》。侨批是海外华侨寄给国内眷属的书信与汇款的合称。侨批业盛行于19世纪中期,直至20世纪70年代末归口银行管理,历时150余年。侨批具有国际汇兑工具、流通货币载体、个人信用产品等金融属性。侨批"银信合一"的特征,使其不同于一般的金融产品,它是富有情感的金融产品,蕴含着忠义孝悌的中华传统文化价值。同时,侨批业经营者坚守"见利不忘义、灵活要守信"的经商原则,体现了信义经商的传统文化价值。侨批是中华民族,更是世界的记忆遗产,它所体现的信用文化和精神值得我们永久记忆和传承。更多还原

【Abstract】 On June 19,2013,"Emmigrant Mail File"declared by the State Archives Bureau and jointly recommended by the Fujian and Guangdong Provincial Government,was successfully enrolled in "Memory of the World".Emmigrant Mail is the name given to correspondence and remittance which are sent to domestic dependents by some overseas Chinese. It was popular in the mid- 19th century,and since the late 1970s it has been put under bank management. The evolution of Emmigrant Mail takes more than 150 years. Emmigrant Mail possesses financial attributes of international exchange tools,currency carrier,and personal credit products. The feature of"combination of bank and letter"makes it different from other financial products. Emmigrant Mail is the financial product full of emotion and traditional Chinese cultural values including loyalty and filial piety. Meanwhile,Emmigrant Mail operators adhere to"get benefits not to forget justice,be flexible with credit"business principles,reflecting the traditional cultural values of doing business with credit and justice.
