氧化镁一维纳米结构制备研究进展
Research Progress on Preparation of Magnesium Oxide One-dimensional Nanostructures
【摘要】 氧化镁一维纳米结构作为一种高二次电子发射率的绝缘材料,在超导、催化、陶瓷和光电元件等领域具有广阔的应用前景,因而倍受学术界的关注。综述了近年来氧化镁一维纳米材料制备技术的研究进展及氧化镁一维纳米结构的形成机理,并对制备方法进行分类。
【Abstract】 One-dimensional nanostructure of magnesium oxide is a typical wide bandgap insulator showing high-secondary electron emission yield and draws widely attention within application of superconductor,catalysis,ceramic and optional device.This article presents an overview of recent research and development activities in preparing and forming mechanism of one-dimensional nanostructures of magnesium oxide.And preparation methods of one-dimensional nanostructures of magnesium oxide are classified.
