胭脂红酸老化的紫外光谱法研究
Study on the Aging of Carminic Acid by UV-vis Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 紫外-可见分光光度法用于染料的老化研究具有操作简单、测定迅速的优点.本文用紫外-可见分光光度法研究了红色染料-胭脂红酸经过碱、酸、光、热以及氧化还原气氛等老化过程及染料分子的结构变化.结果表明:胭脂红酸耐酸、耐紫外光,但耐碱、耐热性差,并且在氧化、还原气氛下稳定性不好.
【Abstract】 The UV-vis spectrophototometer was applied to investigate the aging process of red carminic acid,under alkali,acid,UV light,heat,oxidizing atmosphere and reducing atmosphere treatment.The results have shown that carminic acid is tolerable to acid and UV light.It is sensitive to alkali and heat. Poor stability is shown in oxidizing and reducing atmosphere.UV-vis spectrophotometry is a simple and rapid way for the study of dye aging.
