【Abstract】 Focusing on an in-depth discussion of the connotation and essence of Max Weber’s spirit of capitalism,the paper analyzes the dimension and role of the entrepreneurship,expounding the connotation of Chinese entrepreneurs’ ethos. The Chinese entrepreneurs’ ethos aims to strive for social development and human welfare with the money they make legitimately. Analyzing the logically dialectical relationship between the cultural quality acting as "both the sage internally and the king externally"in the Chinese entrepreneurs’ ethos and the"notion of vocation"in the western capitalism,it holds that they two keep in harmony and accordance with each other,hence offering the choice of path to reshape the Chinese entrepreneurs’ ethos.更多还原
