造纸污泥EPS抽提液处理造纸污水探讨实验
A Study on Treatment of Wastewater with EPS Extracted From Paper Sludge
【摘要】 利用HCl和NaOH分别处理造纸污泥,将污泥中的胞外的聚合物(EPS)提取出来用于处理造纸废水,测处理后水样的化学耗氧量(COD),探索EPS处理造纸污水的效果。结果表明:当用HCl提取的EPS用量为1.3×10-4 g/mL时,污水的CODCr比初始值增加了20.3%;当用NaOH提取的EPS用量为3.5×10-4g/mL时,污水的CODCr比初始值增加了33.6%。
【Abstract】 In this research,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide was used to deal with the paper sludge for extracting the EPS to dispose the wastewater.The result was observed through measuring the chemical oxygen demand.The results showed that the CODCr increased 20.3% as the HCl-EPS liquid is added 1.3×10-4 g/mL(waste water),when adds NaOH-EPS liquid 3.5×10-4 g/mL(waste water),the CODCr increased 33.6%.
