凋亡调节因子Smac在结肠腺癌组织中的表达
Expression of Smac in the Tissues of Adenocarcinoma of Colon
【摘要】 目的探讨Smac在结肠腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用组织芯片、免疫组织化学S-P法检测经病理确诊的59例结肠腺癌组织及10例相应癌旁正常组织中Smac蛋白的表达水平。结果 Smac蛋白在结肠腺癌组织、相应癌旁正常组织中的表达率分别为66.10%(39/59)、100.00%(10/10),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)Smac蛋白在结肠腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤组织的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。结论 Smac蛋白在结肠癌组织中低表达,在结肠腺癌的发生、发展以及结肠腺癌的淋巴结转移中可能起重要的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Smac in the tissues of adenocarcinoma of colon and the clinical significance.Methods Tissue chip method and immune histochemistry S-P method were used to detect the expression of Smac in the 59 cases of colon adenocarcinoma tissues and the 10 cases of colon normal mucosa tissues.Results In the 59 cases of adenocarcinoma of colon and 10 cases of colon normal mucosa tissues,the positive expression rate of Smac was 66.10%(39/59) and 100.00%(10/10) respectively(P<0.05).The expression of Smac in the adenocarcinoma of colon was related to pathological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The low expression of Smac is an important factor in the development of adenocarcinoma of colon and the lymph node metastasis of adenocarcinoma of colon.
