【摘要】 目的总结自我药疗导致皮肤损害的护理经验与教训。方法从心理疏导起步,加强营养,在治疗基础疾病的基础上,对局部皮损进行换药处理与观察。结果皮肤损害痊愈。结论自我外敷用药应严格控制药量并注意调整贴敷时间,应用碘伏及特色活性敷料有助于创口的愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing experience of self- medicine. Methods The treatment and observation were performed based on the treatment of the basic diseases,nutritional support and psychological counseling. Results The skin lesions were cured. Conclusion Dose and duration should be paid attention to during self- medicine. Indophor and active dressing can help to close up the skin lesions.更多还原
