【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods Clinical data are used for retrospective analysis of 102 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia admitted to the department from 2009 to 2011.Results Clinical symptoms of senile pneumonia is severe with atypical clinical manifestations and high mortality.Conclusion The understanding of the clinic features of elderly patients with pneumonia should be improved.Early diagnosis and timely treatment should be done.更多还原
