【摘要】 目的测定十二指肠溃疡患者血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的含量,探讨十二指肠溃疡伴幽门螺旋杆菌感染与血脂水平之间的关系。方法收集本院住院十二指肠溃疡患者血清198份,健康对照组血清50份,用酶耦联比色法检测TC和TG,用直接法检测HDL-C和LDL-C,用免疫比浊法检测ApoA1和ApoB水平。结果十二指肠溃疡组的TG、LDL-C和ApoB水平明显高于健康对照组,P<0.05;十二指肠溃疡组的HDL-C和ApoA1水平明显低于健康对照组,P<0.01。十二指肠溃疡伴HP阳性患者TG、ApoA1和ApoB水平显著高于十二指肠溃疡HP阴性患者,P<0.05。十二指肠溃疡愈合期(H期)与疤痕期(S期)的TG水平较活动期(A期)显著回落,P<0.05;HDL-C和ApoA1水平较发病初期显著回升,P<0.05。结论十二指肠溃疡伴幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者血脂水平有显著变化,用血脂水平来判断、监测病情有一定的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) in duodenal ulcer patients to explore the correlation of duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection and blood lipid levels.Methods The serum of 198 patients of duodenal ulcer and 50 subjects of healthy control group were collected.The levels of TC and TG were detected by the way of enzyme-coupled colorimetric,the levels of HDL-C and LDL-C were detected by direct method,and the levels of ApoA1 and ApoB were detected by immune turbidimetry method.Results The levels of TG,LDL-C and ApoB are significantly elevated while the levels of HDL-C and ApoA1 are declined in duodenal ulcer patients,compared with that of healthy control group,P < 0.05.The levels of TG,ApoA1 and ApoB in Helicobacter pylori positive group are higher than Helicobacter pylori negative group in duodenal ulcer patients(P < 0.05).The level of TG are declined while the levels of HDL-C and ApoA1 are elevated in healing stage and scar stage of duodenal ulcer patients,P < 0.05.Conclusion The lipid levels of the duodenal ulcer patients have significantly changed with the infection of H.pylori,which may be used to monitor and estimate the condition of duodenal ulcer patients.更多还原
