【摘要】 目的比较米氮平结合心理干预与单用米氮平对创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的治疗效应。方法对68例PTSD患者随机分组,研究组以米氮平加综合心理干预治疗;对照组单用米氮平治疗。于治疗前、治疗2周末、4周末评定汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA),统计治疗前、治疗4周末精神症状检出率、4周末疗效,进行两组间比较。结果治疗4周末研究组的精神症状检出率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);HAMD和HAMA总分在2周末和4周末两组均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),但研究组总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗4周末的显效率85.3%显著高于对照组61.8%,P<0.05。结论米氮平结合心理干预对创伤后应激障碍具有较好的治疗效应,可在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of mirtazapine combining mental intervention in the treatment of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).Methods Totally 68 patients with PTSD were randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with mirtazapine combining mental intervention and the control one only with mirtazapine.All the subjects were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) before and after 2 weeks’ and 4 weeks’ treatment.Before and after 4 weeks’ treatment,the appear ance rate of psychotic symptoms and 4 weeks’ clinical effects were evaluated.Then,the data were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks’ treatment,the appear rates of psychotic symptoms of the study group showed significantly lower than those of the control(P < 0.05).The total scores of HAMD and(HAMA) of the two groups showed significantly lower at the end of 2 weeks’ and 4 weeks’ treatment than before(P < 0.01).But,the total scores showed significantly lower in the study group than in the control(P <0.05 or P <0.01).4 weeks’ obvious effect rate was 85.3% in the study group which was significantly higher than that of the control one(61.8%,P < 0.05).Conclusion There are better clinical effects of mirtazapine combining mental intervention in the treatment of patients with PTSD.This could be popularized and applied.更多还原
