【Abstract】 We took the advantages of the new round re-examination of hospital ratings,carried out a simulation review on the spot,and tried to understand the review process,and the use of the tracking method(case tracking and system tracking)comprehensively from different levels,different dimensions,different populations and different perspectives.We realized that we should build up the concept of people-orientated and patient-centered care in work;we should make clinical nursing practice efficiently and enhance the association between different departments.We need to establish and follow every management process and system.Also,fundamental care for patients has to be consolidated to assure patient safety and we should use different management tools to guarantee the continuous improvement of nursing quality.更多还原
