【摘要】 目的明确我国护理学二级学科,探讨培养护理硕士专业学位研究生可开展的专科领域。方法采用Delphi法,选择45名符合纳入标准的专家,对目前我国护理学二级学科及护理硕士专业学位研究生可开展的专科领域进行2轮函询。结果专家积极性高,2轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为80.00%和91.67%;专家的权威系数分别为0.85、0.89。最终确定了目前硕士层次可开展的19个专科领域及16个护理学二级学科。结论确定护理硕士层次可开展的主要护理专科领域,可为各培养机构指明方向;明确二级学科,有利于学科体系的建立。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the majors of the discipline of nursing,and the specialization areas of the Master of Science in Nursing(MSN)program.Methods A total of 45 experts who met inclusion criteria were chosen to participate in two rounds of consultation regarding to the majors of the discipline of nursing,and the specialization areas of the MSN program through the Delphi method.Results Experts had good initiatives in the study,and the response rates of the survey were 80.00% for the 1st round and 91.67%for the 2nd round;the authority coefficients of experts were 0.85 for the 1st round and 0.89 for the 2nd round.Finally,we were able to determine 19 specialization areas of the MSN program and 16 majors of the discipline of nursing.Conclusion The 19 specialization areas of the MSN program serve as a lamp to many institutions;and the 16 majors help build the structure of the discipline of nur-sing.更多还原
