【摘要】 目的探讨对农医定向培养生开设常用护理技术课程的效果及存在的问题。方法对300名农医定向培养生开展统一教学,课程结束时自行设计问卷进行调查及分析。结果71.3%的学生认为学习该课程非常必要,82.7%的学生对教学总体安排非常满意,但94.0%的学生认为课时不足,同时给出了一些很好的建议。结论常用护理技术课程提升了学生社区实践能力,应该增加课时,加强教材建设,全面提高学生技能,以适应农村社区医疗需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effects and problems of the course of Commonly Used Nursing Skills provided for directional training of doctors for rural health services.Methods A unified course was given to 300 students who would be doctors working in rural regions and a self-designed questionnaire was completed at the end of the course.Results Strictly,71.3% of the students thought that it was necessary to learn this course;82.7% of them satisfied with the teaching arrangement,94.0% of them convinced that the class hours were not enough and they offered some good suggestions.Conclusion The course of Commonly Used Nursing Skills improves student′s practical ability in community care.In order to adapt to medical needs of the rural communities,we should increase class hours,strengthen construction of teaching materials,and improve skills of students.更多还原
