【摘要】 目的探讨中西医护理干预对脑卒中患者心理状态及健康促进生活方式的影响状态。方法将120例脑卒中患者随机分成对照组和干预组各60例,分别采取常规护理和中西医综合护理干预,比较两组患者的心理状态及健康行为生活方式的变化。结果两组抑郁评分及健康促进生活方式评分比较,干预效应、时间效应及交互效应均P<0.01。结论中西医综合护理干预能够有效促进卒中患者的心理状态及健康促进生活方式,是一种切实可行的护理手段和教育模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine guided nursing intervention on mental state and lifestyles of stroke patients.Methods One hundred and twenty stroke patients were commensurately and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,either receiving routine care or TCM and western medicine guided nursing intervention respectively.The changes in mental state and lifestyles of stroke patients were compared.Results The group effect,time effect,and group-by-time effect in depression scores and health-promoting lifestyle profile scores had signifiacnt diffe-rences between the 2 groups(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion TCM and western medicine guided nursing intervention,being a practical means of care and education model,could effectively improve stroke patients′ mental health,and drive them to adopt healthy li-festyles.更多还原
