【摘要】 阐述了高校学报创办之初和改革开放之后的办刊宗旨,指出高校学报的办刊宗旨决定其文化事业属性,高校学报的特殊功能决定其文化事业属性。同时,分析了高校学报面临的困境,指出核心期刊的界定让大多数学报痛失稿源,国际国内专业期刊的冲击,让高校学报处境艰难。依据国外对学术期刊的保护措施、高校学报的特殊性,认为国家应给予高校学报重点扶持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper discussed the purpose of university journals at start publication and after the reform and opening up,pointed out that the purpose of the university journals and the special function determined its cultural property.Meanwhile,analyzed the difficult position that the university journals faced,pointed out that the definition of core journals caused the vast majority university journals loosed the source of manuscripts.The impact of domestic and international professional journals made the university journals’ situation more difficult.Considered the university journals should be given major support in accordance with the academic journals abroad protective measures and the specific property of the university journals.更多还原
