【摘要】 目的探讨羊水栓塞(AFE)临床特点和防治措施。方法对4例羊水栓塞患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果羊水栓塞病例的发病诱因有胎膜破裂、使用催产素及米索、宫缩过强或急产、剖宫产术。结论采取针对性的预防措施,早期诊断,及时、果断的产科处理,多学科参与抢救,可降低羊水栓塞的死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate amniotic fluid embolism(AFE) clinical features and control measures.Methods From January 2000-December 2010 amniotic fluid embolism occurred in four cases the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of amniotic fluid embolism cases incentives have rupture of membranes,use of oxytocin and misoprostol,contractions too strong or urgent production,cesarean section.Conclusion The clinical attention and take appropriate preventive measures,early diagnosis,timely and decisive obstetric management,multi-disciplinary participation in the rescue,can reduce the mortality rate of amniotic fluid embolism.更多还原
