寒区水工纤维增强干粉修补砂浆的耐久性能研究
Study on durability of fiber reinforced dry powder mortar used in hydraulic repairing in cold area
【摘要】 对三种纤维增强干粉砂浆进行抗冻试验、抗冲磨试验、抗渗试验和抗碳化试验。试验结果表明:三种砂浆的抗渗等级均达到了P15以上,抗冻融循环次数均超过300次,抗冻等级超过了F300。三种纤维干粉砂浆具有非常好的抗碳化性能。有很好的抗冲磨性能,其中混合纤维增强干粉修补砂浆的抗冲磨性能最好。
【Abstract】 On three kinds of fiber reinforced dry powder mortar Antifreezing test,impact test permeability test and carbonation resistance test were carried out on three kinds of fiber reinforced dry powder mortar.Experimental results showed that,the permeability levels of the mortars were all more than P15,the freezing-thawing resisting cycles were more than 300 times result in more than F300 antifreeze level.These mortars had very good performance of carbonation resistance.They had good impact resistance,and the hybrid fiber reinforced repair dry powder mortar had the best anti-abrasion performance.
