钢管拱无收缩顶升泵送混凝土的研究与应用

【摘要】 根据设计要求,输元河桥钢管拱无收缩顶升泵送混凝土的强度等级为C50,R28≥59.9 MPa,坍落度240~270 mm,6 h内基本无损失,扩展度≥600 mm,混凝土凝结后无收缩,经过试配找到合适的配合比方案,该工程顺利进行,工程经质量验收合格。

【Abstract】 According to the design requirements,the function of the flowing concrete without shrinkage in the Shuyuan Bridge’s steel tube arch was.The intensity was C50,R 28 ≥59.9 MPa.The slump of flowing concrete was 240~270 mm,and no loss of slump in 6 hours,the divergence≥600 mm,no shrinkage of concrete.After the test,we found the appropriate proportion of the flowing concrete.The project has been completed and the quality of the project acceptance.
