氯盐腐蚀环境下混凝土结构氯离子扩散模型研究
Diffusion model study of chloride ion in concrete structure under chlorine salt corrosion environment
【摘要】 混凝土结构耐久性降低会导致结构失效并带来巨大的经济损失,研究氯离子扩散规律是氯盐腐蚀环境下混凝土结构耐久性评估的关键工作,在Fick第二扩散定律基础上,建立了考虑环境温度、混凝土材料对氯离子结合作用、氯离子扩散系数的时间性、混凝土应力状态和材料劣化效应的氯离子扩散理论模型,通过工程算例对理论模型进行验证,为氯盐腐蚀环境下混凝土结构的耐久性分析提供了理论依据,最后提出进一步研究的方向。
【Abstract】 The reduction of concrete structure durability would cause structural failure and bring huge economic loss.The study of chloride ion diffusion law was key work of the assessment of concrete structure durability in chloride environment.Based on Fick’s second law of diffusion,the theoretical model of chloride ion diffusion which taked environmental temperature,chloride ion binding capacity of concrete,time of diffusion coefficient,stress state and material degradation effect of concrete into consideration was established,the theoretical model was verified by engineering example,that provides theoretical basis for the durability analysis of concrete structure durability in chloride environment finally,the direction of further study was pointed out.
