绿色高强高性能灌浆材料研究
Environmental grouting materials with high strength and performace research
【摘要】 以粉煤灰、矿渣、普通硅酸盐水泥为主要原材料,掺入自制外加剂C1小料,确定了大掺量粉煤灰、矿渣可以生产大流动值早强高强高性能绿色灌浆材料。试验过程中,在已知最佳外加剂C1小料掺入量为6%的前提下,采用二因素五水平的正交试验分析粉煤灰、矿渣的最佳掺入量,来实现研究目的。
【Abstract】 Fly ash,slag,ordinary Portland cement as the main raw material,mixed with the small homemade admixture C1 material to identify high volume fly ash,slag production value of the large flow of early strength of high-performance green grouting material.By two factors five levels orthogonal experiment analysis of fly ash,slag incorporation during the test,the known best admixtures C1 small material was 6% under the premise to achieve the purpose of research.
