【摘要】 目的:对我院手术病人发生的接送隐患进行回顾性分析,提出整改措施供日后指引。方法:对2011年1月～2012年12月发生于我院手术病人接送过程中的隐患进行归纳、分析和总结,进一步规范交接班流程,强调交接人员的安全意识、专业水平和文明服务。结果:发生于手术病人接送过程中的各种隐患得到了明显遏制。结论:提高接送人员的业务水平和责任心,强化交接班制度和文明服务,可有效降低手术病人接送过程中的隐患,有利于融洽护患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To retrospectively analyze the hidden dangers of surgical patient escort at our hospital in the past two years and to propose preventive and corrective measures for future guidance.Methods:The hidden dangers of surgical patient escort at our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were summarized and analyzed.The shift handover process is further standardized.The security awareness,professional standards and civilized service of the relevant personnel were stressed.Results:Various risks related to surgical patient escort could be substantially controlled.Conclusion:Strengthening business levels and responsibility of escorting personnel,improving the regulations for shift handover scheme and civilized service would effectively reduce the hidden dangers in surgical patient escort.更多还原
