【摘要】 目的:观察改良式简易封闭负压引流技术在治疗阴囊脓肿中的临床疗效。方法:将阴囊脓肿切开排脓后41例患者随机分为试验组21例和对照组20例,试验组采用改良式简易封闭负压引流技术用于切口排脓,对照组切口采用常规换药方法,比较两组患者切口愈合效果及创面愈合时间。结果:试验组疗效明显高于对照组,试验组创面愈合时间明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用改良式简易封闭负压引流技术治疗阴囊脓肿,可明显提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect on improved simple closed negative pressure drainage clinical technique for the treatment of scrotal abscess.Methods: the scrotal abscess incision and drainage wound in 41 cases were randomly divided into experimental group 21 cases and control group of 20 cases,the experiment al group adopted the modified simple vacuum-assisted closure for incision drainage,the control group with routine dressing method of incision,compared two groups of patients with incision healing and wound healing time.Results: The curative effect of experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the expermental group wound healing time was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Application of an improved’simple vacuum-assisted closure therapy scrotal abscess can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,it is worthy of clinic application.更多还原
