【摘要】 目的:探讨电话随访式健康教育对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者运动耐力及再入院率的影响。方法:将64例出院CHF患者随机分为试验组32例和对照组32例,两组患者在住院期间及出院时均给予常规健康教育,试验组在此基础上进行电话随访式健康教育。6个月后观察两组患者6 min步行距离及再入院率。结果:试验组患者6 min步行距离优于对照组(P<0.05),再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电话随访式健康教育作为CHF患者在住院后健康教育的延续,对提高出院CHF患者的运动耐力,降低再入院率有着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the telephone follow-up health education on chronic heart failure(chronic heart failure CHF) patients exercise endurance and readmission rate effect.Methods: 64 patients discharged from CHF patients were randomly divided into experimental group 32 cases and control group 32 cases,two groups of patients during hospitalization and at discharge were given the routine health education,the experimental group on the basis of telephone follow up health education.6 months after the two groups were observed in patients with exercise intolerance and readmission rates.Results: The patients in experimental group was better than the control group of 6 min warking distamce(P < 0.05).The rehospitalization rate was lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The telephone follow-up health education as CHF in hospitalized patients after health education to improve the continuity,the discharge CHF patients exercise tolerance,decreased readmission rate has an important role.更多还原
