【摘要】 目的:应用临床护理路径落实住院患儿护患沟通专项工作。方法:随机抽取8个住院病区为路径组,8个住院病区为普通组,普通组采用普通护患沟通;路径组依据临床护理路径,以住院患儿的疾病种类为基础,制定并使用护患沟通路径表,实行护患沟通责任制及患儿认证制。对两组住院患儿各沟通条目的结果、护理质控得分、护士对科室护患沟通工作的满意度进行比较。结果:8项沟通条目包括患儿熟悉住院须知(责任护士、制度、安全)、护士熟悉患儿病情及时告知相关治疗、护士主动指导所做检查项目、患儿对护士的操作技术满意、护士主动热情、护士会询问和关心患儿的感受、患儿对护士的信任度、护患沟通结果等两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组护理质控得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护士对本科室护患沟通工作的满意率路径组为94.74%,普通组为87.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护患沟通路径化管理是落实护患沟通工作的有效管理手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Application of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) to implement the special work for inpatients in nurse-patient communication.Methods:Randomly sample of 8 inpatient wards as the CNP group,8 inpatient wards as the control group.The control group generally makes use of the ordinal system of nurse-patient communication,and the CNP group,based on clinical care path,in the root of disease types of hospitalized patients,fomulate and employ the chart of nurse-patient communication path,and implement the responsibility system of nurse-patient communication and the system of patient certification.The two groups of hospitalized patients in the results of communication,the score of care quality-control,and the nurse-satisfaction of department′s nurse-patient communication were compared.Results:In the results of eight communication items(primary nurses,system,security),nurses were familiar with the condition in children and timely informed the related treatment,active guidance nurses do check items,children on the nurses operation technology,active and enthusiastic,with nurse nurse will ask and care for children,children feel on nurses′ trust nurse-patient communication result,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The two groups was not statistically significant difference of nursing quality score(P>0.05).Nurses in nurse-patient communication in the department work satisfaction rate,the path group was 94.74%,the normal group was 87.77%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the path management in nurse-patient communication is the effective management tool to implement the nurse-patient communication.更多还原
