【摘要】 目的:探讨门诊中晚期宫颈癌患者外照射加后装治疗的副反应以及护理干预具体实施方法。方法:对358例中晚期宫颈癌患者行体外加后装放射治疗的同时,采取针对性的心理疏导、健康教育、对放射性肠炎、放射性膀胱炎及宫腔积液实施精心的护理。结果:358例宫颈癌患者经体外加后装放射治疗及细心护理,患者均顺利完成治疗计划,原发病灶得到有效控制,副反应明显减轻,提高了患者的生活质量,体现了护理工作的重要性及护理工作者自身价值。结论:对宫颈癌门诊放射治疗患者进行及时、周到、全程护理干预至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the side effects of external radiotherapy and brachytherapy to outpatient with advanced-stage cervical cancer and find out the concrete implementation method of nursing intervention to them.Methods:Selected 358 cases of advanced-stage cervical cancer outpatients,who were treated with external irradiation and brachytherapy,at the same time,according to the characteristics of the outpatient treatment,adopting the specific health education of psychological counseling,and implementing careful nursing for radioactive enteritis,radioactive cystitis and uterine cavity effusion.Results:358 cases of advanced-stage cervical cancer patients who were treated with careful nursing when they were receiving radiotherapy were successfully completed treatment plan and effectively controlled the primary lesion,significantly relieved side effects,and improved the patient′s quality of life.It reflected the importance of the nursing intervention and the own value of the nursing workers.Conclusions:Outpatient radiotherapy on cervical cancer patient,thoughtful,the whole process of nursing intervention in a timely manner is essential.更多还原
