【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育在糖尿病股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:将72例糖尿病股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理方法的基础上加强围手术期健康教育,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者疾病相关知识掌握程度及对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组。结论:健康教育能够使糖尿病股骨颈骨折患者正确认识自身的疾病,提高治疗依从性,值得临床关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in patient with femoral neck fracture combine diabetes mellitus.Methods:72 cases of femoral neck fractures combine with diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group.Control group were used conventional nursing,observation group were used conventional nursing and health education in perioperation.Compared the nursing effect between the two groups.Results:Acquisition of nursing relative knowledge,treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significant better than control group,respectively.Conclusions:Heath education can help the patient with femoral neck fracture combine diabetes mellitus to better understand the disease and promote the treatment adherence,it is worthy of clinical attention.更多还原
