【摘要】 目的:分析神经内科患者尿路感染的原因,并探讨有效的护理对策。方法:回顾性分析352例神经内科住院患者病例,探讨年龄、昏迷程度和留置尿管时间与尿路感染率的关系。结果:60岁以上老年患者尿路感染率高于其他年龄组(P<0.05),重度昏迷患者尿路感染率高于轻、中度昏迷患者(P<0.05),留置尿管时间超过14 d时尿路感染率明显高于其他组患者(P<0.05)。结论:尿路感染率与年龄、昏迷程度及留置尿管时间均有一定关系,应加强对老年患者及意识障碍严重患者的基础护理,尽量缩短留置尿管的时间,从而减少尿路感染的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the reason of neuological patients with urinary tract infection,and explore the effective nursing countermeasures.Methods:352 cases of patients in nerve internal medicine hospital was retrospective analyzed,the relation of age,the degree of coma,time of indwelling catheter and urinary tract infection rate were explored.Results:The rate of urinary tract infection in the elderly patients was significantly higher than that of other age groups(P<0.05).The rate of urinary tract infection in severe coma patients was significantly higher than that of light,moderate coma patients(P<0.05).The rate of urinary tract infection in urinary tract infection time of indwelling catheter for more than 14 days of was significantly higher than that of patients in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rate of urinary tract infection had certain relations with age,coma degree and time of indwelling catheter.Therefore,the basic nursing should be strengthened to elderly patients and patients with mean serious obstacles,as far as possible to shorten the time of indwelling catheter,thereby reducing the incidence of urinary tract infection.更多还原
