【摘要】 目的了解乳腺癌术后患者内分泌治疗依从性及影响因素。方法自行设计调查表,对230例乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗患者进行调查,内容包括患者一般资料、内分泌治疗相关项目及治疗依从性,并对结果进行分析。结果 230例患者中,治疗依从性差65例(28.26%),主要与患者年龄、健康宣教、就医方便性、疾病认知等因素有关。结论乳腺癌术后患者服药依从性差,影响因素较多,护理人员采取相应的护理干预,提高乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the compliance and influencing factors of endocrine treatment for patients after breast cancer operation.Method Investigate 230 cases of patients recieving endocrine treatment after breast cancer operation by self-designed questionnaire on general information,related items and compliance on treatment and analyze the result.Result 65 cases(28.26%) of 230 patients have poor compliance,which is mainly related to patients’ age,health instruction,convenience of clinic visit and cognition on disease.Conclusion Poor compliance of patients after breast cancer operation is related to many influencing factors.Nursing staff should take corresponding measures to improve their treatment compliance.更多还原
