262-磺化分子筛连续催化合成油酸甲酯

【摘要】 采用262-磺化分子筛作催化剂,在自制固定床反应器中,甲醇和油酸连续酯化合成油酸甲酯.考察了影响酯化反应的因素,获得最佳的实验条件为:甲醇与油酸的质量比为0.3,反应温度为90℃,反应物流量为2 mL/min,经3次循环酯化,酯化率达99.6%.催化剂循环使用20次,酯化率几乎没有变化,表现出了优良的催化活性和稳定性.与传统方法相比,收率高,甲醇用量小,能耗低,易于工业上连续化生产.

【Abstract】 Methyl oleate was prepared by continous esterification reaction of oleic acid and methanol in a self-made reactor,using a kind of 262-sulfonate molecular sieve as catalyst.Factors that affected the esterification had been investigated,the results showed that the optimum conditions are:mass ratio of methyl alcohol to oleic acid 0.3,flow rate of reactant 2 mL/min,reaction temperature at 90 ℃.After three times of circulating esterification,the esterification rate was up to 99.6%.The catalysts of 262-sulfonated molecular sieves were reused 11 times with 99%of the esterification rate,which demonstrated the high catalytic performance and stability of catalysts.Compared with the traditional process,it has great advantages of high yield,small amount of methanol,loss consumption of energy and easily industrialized production.
