单分散寡聚乙二醇的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Monodisperse Oligo( Ethylene Glycol)
【摘要】 寡聚乙二醇由于其独特的结构灵活性、化学稳定性、水溶性、无毒和生物兼容性,作为合成模块化合物被广泛使用.以简单的商业低聚乙二醇为原料,采用威廉姆森醚合成法,通过4步反应合成了具有不同链长的单分散五聚、六聚和七聚乙二醇,并通过1H NMR和13C NMR对其进行了表征.该方法原料廉价易得,操作简单,收率高,纯度好,并可进行大量合成.
【Abstract】 Oligo(ethylene glycol) has been a fascinating building compound because of flexibility,chemical stability,water solubility,nontoxicity and biological compatibility.The monodisperse oligo(ethylene glycol) could be easily obtained from the commercially available ethylene glycol by Williamson reaction,and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.This synthetic method has the following advantages,such as easily available starting materials,simple operations,high yields and good purity,and it can be used for synthesis in quantity.
