嵌入方形石墨烯环的纳米光纤的电磁场特性
Electromagnetic properties of nanometre optical fiber embedded square graphene ring
【摘要】 将方形石墨烯环嵌入纳米光纤,通过理论计算与模拟仿真研究,得出了石墨烯环嵌入后的纳米光纤内部电场和磁场的分布,以及石墨烯环嵌入后对总能量的影响。结果表明:当光纤中嵌入正方形石墨烯环,纳米光纤芯内的电场、磁场均有衰减,且电场与磁场的x和y方向上的分量强度会减小。但当改变嵌入的正方形石墨烯环大小时,场强会因碳原子的增加而增强,但均小于不掺杂时的纳米光纤内的电场与磁场强度。
【Abstract】 The distribution of the electric field,the magnetic field and the total energy in a nano optical fiber embedded a square graphene ring are calculated and simulated.The results show that the electric field and the magnetic field attenuate when the square graphene ring is embedded into the nano optical fiber,in both xand ydirections,intensity of the electric field and the magnetic field decrease.However,when the carbon atom numbers increase in the square graphene ring,field intensity strengthens,but all less than one in pure nano optical fiber.
