6系铝合金建筑型材的轧制工艺研究
Evaluation of rolling process of 6XXX Al alloys
【摘要】 为了得到力学性能优异的铝合金建筑型材,对6系铸造态铝合金进行高温固溶和退火处理,并在不同温度下进行轧制变形。对最终产品进行显微硬度测试,结果发现,固溶处理+180℃轧制得到的6系铝合金建筑型材的硬度达到最大,为158Hv。对不同条件下得到的产品进行相组成观察,并对他们的强化机制进行分析。
【Abstract】 To obtain the Al alloys with suitable mechanical properties,6XXX Al alloys was solid-solution treated and then cooled down in two ways:water-quenched and furnace-cooled.The alloy samples in the two cooling conditions were rolled at different temperatures.The hardness of the rolled alloys reached their peak values(158Hv)at the processes of water-quenched and 180℃ rolling.X-ray diffraction analyses were performed to confirm the phases of the alloys,and the main strengthening mechanisms of the alloys under different rolling temperatures were discussed.
