嵌入石墨烯三角环的纳米光纤电磁场特性研究
Electromagnetic properties of nano optic fiber embedded with triangular graphene ring
【摘要】 光纤中掺杂不同材料将会对其物理特性产生影响。建立了嵌入不同尺寸三角形石墨烯环的纳米光纤模型,采用有限元法对其电磁特性进行了计算和模拟,分析了光纤中的能量密度均值和电磁场强度分布。通过与基准光纤对比,发现石墨烯环嵌入不改变光纤各物理量的分布情况,只是降低相应的强度。通过改变石墨烯环的尺寸,结果显示石墨烯环尺寸越小对光纤中的光传输产生的影响越大。
【Abstract】 Materials embedded in optic fiber determine the physical characteristics of the fiber.In this article,model of nano optic fiber embedded a triangular graphene ring were proposed,and use FEM to calculate and analysis the distribution of energy density and electromagnetic field inside the nano fiber.Comparison with the basic optic fiber,this embedded one showed a weakened intensity of physical quantity,while the directions have been preserved.By changing the size of graphene ring,it shows that smaller ones tend to affect the light transmission.
