高聚物黏弹性力学模型装置的研究

【摘要】 经典的高聚物黏弹性力学模型用理想弹簧和黏壶组成各种力学模型,但理想弹簧的弹性模量和黏壶的黏度没有具体值,只在方程中表示。自行研制的黏弹性力学模型装置可完成不同力学元件的组合。通过对实际的麦克斯韦模型和开尔芬模型测定,可计算出2个弹性元件的弹性模量为Ε1、Ε2和2个黏性元件的黏度为η1、η2。将其代入到4个元件力学模型的蠕变方程中,可得到一条蠕变曲线。再通过此装置组成一个实际的4元件力学模型,测定出一条蠕变曲线,与计算的蠕变曲线相比较,两种曲线基本吻合,因此证明具象的、实际的力学模型可以代替经典的、抽象的力学模型。

【Abstract】 A self-developed device of mechanical model for viscoelasticity of polymers could finish different mechanical components,and practice the Maxwell,Kelvin models.It is different from the traditional mechanics model in which elastic modulus of the ideal spring and viscosity of the ideal viscous pot do not have certain values,just are involved in the different equation,theoretical operation and calculation.Basing on the practiced Maxwell,Kelvin models and putting the E1,E2,η1 and η2 into creep equations of the four-part model,a creep curve can be obtained by calculation.The tested creep curve can be obtained using the self-developed device of four-part model.Comparing the calculated creep curve and the tested one,the two curves are basically consistent,which indicate that the self-developed device of the mechanical model can be used for insteading of the traditional mechanics model.
