【摘要】 为了研究氯化琥珀胆碱口服毒性,试验选用60只小白鼠和50只水貂进行氯化琥珀胆碱口服急性毒性试验,再选用40只小白鼠进行氯化琥珀胆碱口服蓄积性试验。结果表明:氯化琥珀胆碱LD50为78.66 mg/kg,口服属于中等毒性药物;氯化琥珀胆碱毒性具有蓄积性;水貂口服急性毒性试验和小白鼠结果基本一致,少量口服(6.25 mg/kg以下)无明显不良作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the oral toxicity of suxamethonium chloride,the 60 mice and 50 minks were used for the oral acute toxicology tests of suxamethonium chloride.The other 40 mice were used for the test of oral cumulative toxicity of suxamethonium chloride.The result showed that LD50 of suxamethonium chloride was 78.66 mg/kg,which belonged to a moderate-toxicity drug for oral administration.The toxicity of suxamethonium chloride could be accumulated.The results of the acute oral toxicity test of suxamethonium chloride in minks were basically consistent with those in mice.A small amount of suxamethonium chloride(under 6.25 mg/kg) for oral administration had no obvious adverse effects.更多还原
