检测兔出血症病毒荧光定量方法的建立与应用
Establishment and application of real-time PCR method for detection of rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus
【摘要】 为了研究兔出血症病毒(Rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus,RHDV)在实验动物兔和野兔中的发生情况并能更精确检测该病毒,试验采用建立的SYBR Green荧光定量方法对10只黑龙江省各单位送检的实验动物兔和5只哈尔滨郊县疑似病例的脏器样品进行了检测。结果表明:该方法有较好的灵敏度和特异性,能够用于兔出血症病毒的检测。
【Abstract】 To detect Rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus(RHDV)more precisely and learn the occurrences of this virus between experimental rabbits and hare.A real-time PCR method with SYBR Green was established for the detection of ten experimental rabbits from the various units in Heilongjiang Province for inspection and 5 samples of suspected cases in hares.The results indicated that the method had good sensitivity and specificity,and could be used to detect RHDV.
