混凝-超滤处理聚驱采油废水工艺研究
Study on coagulation-ultrafiltration technology for treatment of oilfield polymer flooding produced water
【摘要】 对应用混凝-超滤组合工艺处理聚驱采油废水进行了研究,考察了混凝剂PAC用量、pH值、温度、速度梯度G值、跨膜压力等因素对混凝超滤处理聚驱采油废水效果及膜污染状况的影响,并对膜清洗及膜污染机理进行了研究.结果表明,当PAC质量浓度为400 mg/L、pH值为8.2,温度40℃,速度梯度G值在380 s-1,跨膜压力为0.04 MPa时,处理效果最佳,对废水中油质量浓度、浊度、HPAM、COD的去除率分别为92.7%、94.6%、87.5%、95.2%.对膜污染动力学模型的考察结果显示膜污染主要由浓差极化引起.
【Abstract】 This paper studied on coagulation-UF combined process treating oilfield polymer flooding produced water.The effects of The PAC dosage,pH,temperature,velocity gradient G value,transmembrane pressure and other factors on treatment effect and membrane fouling conditions were investigated.The results showed when the PAC concentration of 400 mg/L,pH 8.2,temperature 40 ℃,the velocity gradient G value of 380 s-1,transmembrane pressure 0.04 MPa,the best removal rates of oil content,turbidity,HPAM,the COD were 92.7%,94.6%,87.5% and 95.2%.The results of investigation on the dynamic model showed that membrane fouling was mainly caused by the concentration polarization.
