超氧化物歧化酶模拟物(SOD_M)对大豆保护酶系统的影响

【摘要】 以垦农4号大豆为试验材料,研究了大豆R5期叶面施用SODM(超氧化物歧化酶模拟物)对大豆叶片保护性酶系及产量的影响。结果表明:大豆R5期叶面施用SODM可以提高大豆叶片的SOD、POD及CAT的活性,降低MDA的含量,增强了对活性氧和过氧化氢的清除能力,减轻细胞的膜质过氧化程度,有利于延缓大豆叶片衰老,促进生育后期的生长,提高产量。

【Abstract】 Taking soybean variety Kennong No.4as experimental material,the effects of applying foliar application of SODM(Superoxide Dismutase Mimics) at soybean R 5 on soybean leaf protective enzyme system and yield were studied.The results showed that:foliar application of SODM at soybean R 5 could improve the soybean leaf SOD,POD and CAT activity,decrease the content of MDA,strengthen the activity of oxygen and hydrogen peroxide scavenging capacity,reduce the cell membrane peroxidation degree,help delay senescence,promote the late growth stage growth and increase the yield.
