【摘要】 基于多元统计方法,对黑龙江省高校学生体质健康状况及其内部规律进行探究,为指导学生体育锻炼提供必要研究基础支持。通过仪器测量法、数理统计法完成数据采集与处理。黑龙江省高校学生体质健康各项测试指标对体质健康总分的回归各变量均进入方程,男生回归方程的解释变量高于女生的解释变量;男生进行体育锻炼时,应优先发展学生力量、耐力素质;女生进行体育锻炼时应优先发展身体机能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on multivariate statistical method,the research aimed to explore university students′ physique health of Heilongjiang province and the internal law and to support the research of students′ exercise.The research adopted the instrument measuring method and mathematical statistical method.The results showed that of the variables of test indexes total score entered the equation,the variables of the males are higher than the females′;for males,priorities should be given to strength and endurance quality,while for females,priority should be given to the development of the body function.更多还原
