钻孔卸压布孔参数的数值模拟

【摘要】 钻孔卸压是解决冲击地压有效方法之一。为了研究布孔参数对卸压效果的影响,采用RFPA2D数值模拟软件,模拟钻孔直径、钻孔间距、钻孔深度、应力对卸压效果的影响。通过模拟及理论分析,得出在其他外界因素一定的条件下,卸压效果随孔径的增大而提高;钻孔时煤体中的应力越大,卸压效果越显著的论断。模拟结果表明:煤岩体在高应力状态35 MPa下,钻孔直径200 mm时,钻孔间距为3.5 m,钻孔直径400 mm时,钻孔间距为4.5 m卸压效果好;在一般应力状态25 MPa下,钻孔直径200 mm时,钻孔间距为2.0 m,钻孔直径400 mm时,钻孔间距为3.0 m卸压效果好。

【Abstract】 Drillhole pressure relief is one of the effective methods used for preventing rockburst.Aimed at investigating the effects of hole arrangement parameters on the drillhole pressure relief,this paper describes the simulation of the influence of different borehole diameters,borehole intervals,borehole depths,and stresses on the pressure relief using numerical simulation RFPA software.The numerical simulation and theory analysis conclude that,given certain other external factors,an improved effect of pressure relief depends on the increased borehole diameter;the greater stress in the coal body when drilled produces more significant pressure relief effect.The simulation shows that with high stress of(35 MPa) in coal and rock mass,a better pressure relief stems from borehole diameter of 200 millimeters is accompanied by borehole intervals of 3.5 meters and borehole diameter of 400 millimeters by borehole diameter of 400 millimeters.With general stress(25 MPa),a better pressure relief results when borehole diameter of 200 millimeters coincides with borehole intervals of 2.0 meters and borehole diameter of 400 millimeters with borehole intervals of 3.0 meters.
