【Abstract】 Personalized IT talent training model of applied undergraduates by industry-university-research-application linkage is a research hotspot of current teaching reform. That is to say,cultivating IT students in applied undergraduate education should abide by its objective,follow its own way to train students,simultaneously highlight research and application.
