【Abstract】 This article summarized the studies of community- based interventions for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD),which included sustained drug intervention,long- term oxygen therapy,smoking cessation,rehabilitation training of lung function,psychological behavieral intervention and health management. Besides,the article also discussed the contents,forms and methods of community supportive intervention and health management for COPD patients,and put forward some suggestions on basis of the existing researches.更多还原
